Return policy is not reasonable. Do not value loyal customers.
I am client from 2017 and was happy with their service and I mistakenly thought there was a trust between me and the company. I was ordering from Australia for my mum in Russia, Sochi. Usually, some stationery for the house.
Decided to return a faulty product (a chocolate). They did not refund me for the product (cost USD $5) because it was over 3 days of return period. Moreover they did not publish my comment (which was negative & positive) under the product so other people will be aware about their return policy and about the quality of the product. Never buying from them again.
Also, their delivery is the worst for the last few months. It looks like they throw the rubbish in front of you and make it so obvious, not even sorry from their delivery people. Do not trust. Avoid at any cost.
Представители Ozon коробки с товаром кидают. Будто макулатуру везут, на глазах клиентов.
Не хотят даже мой комментарий под товаром размещать.
Нарушают все права потребителя по возврату товара.
